Registration Fee
The registration fee covers access to all activities of the scientific program of the Congress as well as delivery of the «Congress bag» which contains:
- Personal badge
- Final Program of the Congress
- Abstract book access (free access to the electronic version, which will be available on the website as from mid June 2015). Additionally, the bag will contain a voucher entitling you to the deliver of a special paper edition of Acta Dermatovenereologica, Autumn-Winter 2015: "Emiliano Panconesi Memorial Supplement" + "Abstracts"
- Certificate of attendance
- Additional Congress Material
- Free public transport ticket (to be collected separately at the registration desk; the ticket will be valid until the end of the Congress)
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail

* For accompanying persons (only in connection with a registered participant) 90 Euro fee should be paid. Welcome reception and admission to the exhibition area are included. No access to the scientific sessions.
**Participants, having pay before March 1, 2015, will receive a present from the organizing committee – gratis guided city tour.
*** In case of payment on-site, please take into account that payment is possible only in Russian National Currency (Rubles)(convert in euro).
Payment
The participation fees are to be paid either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Participants who register after 18 June 2015 and wish to pay by bank transfer are kindly requested to bring proof of payment to the congress registration desk.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the 16th ESDaP Congress Administrative Secretariat. Cancellations postmarked before 15 April 2015 will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 10 % of the registration fee per participant. After 15 April 2015, registration fees are non-refundable.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
