Oral & Poster presentations
Specialists, whose scientific and practical activity corresponds to the topics of the Congress, can apply oral or poster presentation for inclusion into the program.
The number of applications is not limited.
The decision on inclusion of the presentation in the program of oral or poster sessions shall be taken by the Scientific organizing Committee. The authors of the papers included into the program of the Congress will be notified personally.
For participation with the presentation it’s strictly required to pay the registration fee.
Requirements to papers
Oral presentation
- presentation must be prepared in MS Power Point;
- it’s necessary to provide a presentation to the Speakers room not later than 60 minutes prior to the beginning of the session.
Poster presentation
- the poster sizes: 120 cm vertical and 95 cm horizontal;
- the lettering of the poster heading should be at least 2.5 cm high. Detailed information should be provided in a smaller type, but remember that your text must be easily readable from distances of at least 1 meter;
- posters should be placed on stands between 12:00 and 17:00 on June 25, 2015;
- posters must be removed on June 26th between 16:00 and 18:00. Any remaining posters will be removed and the congress organizers will not keep any left posters for later collection and may be destroyed.
- it is recommended the presence of the author next to the poster on June 25-26.
How to apply your paper for the presentation?
- not later than 15 March 2015 log in to «Personal account»;
- add the abstract;
- when adding abstract check your preference to make oral or poster presentation;
- wait for the decision of the Scientific organizing Committee;
- if your abstract will be accepted to the program, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
